Ground Floor: Own private entrance, double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and toilet. Spacious kitchen with all modern appliances – dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, oven and touch control ceramic hob. A glass partition separates the kitchen and dining area which creates a greater sense of space.

First Floor: Double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and adjoining room with bunk beds. Adjoining doors can be locked to make two separate rooms or kept open for one large room. Bath/shower room with heated towel rail.

Second Floor: Large living area with flat screen TV, free view channels, DVD player and micro stereo system. Comfortable seating and solid oak coffee table. Open plan design. wireless broadband connection

All bedding, towels and electricity are provided at no extra charge
